Our client, a leading innovator in the pet product industry, is seeking a dedicated Operations & Finance Coordinator to join their UK team.

Our client's UK headquarters is experiencing rapid growth. They are now seeking an experienced Operations & Finance Coordinator to establish robust process-oriented foundations and facilitate sustainable expansion.

As the Operations & Finance Coordinator, Europe, you will be a pivotal contributor to various facets of their business, extending beyond conventional operational and financial activities.

In this evolving role, your enthusiasm for perfecting core processes will be pivotal. As the company continues to expand, this role offers multiple avenues for professional growth within the organisation.


This role is envisioned as a hybrid position, with the goal of establishing an office in the M3/M4 corridor by 2024.

The role will pay a salary of £30k+ with an incredible suite of benefits.


Responsibilities for the Operations and Finance Coordinator will include:

  • Generating customer sales orders
  • Coordinating with the UK warehouse for customer shipments
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Managing intercompany purchase orders
  • Assisting in UK inventory management
  • Developing and maintaining critical operational documents
  • Creating, updating, and distributing financial reports
  • Supporting the Finance Manager in daytoday financial transactions
  • Providing support for adhoc sales tasks
  • Attending UK and international trade shows
  • Assisting with miscellaneous sales support functions

Salary:
£30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
