Hours of work 07:30 - 17:00 Monday - Friday.

At Dorplan we have a wide ranging client base such as Hospitals and Care Homes to Schools and Accommodation therefore our work is wide ranging and diverse meaning no two days are the same.

The Project Management Support is to perform duties to assist departments within the company.

Under the supervision of the Senior Project Manager will provide support to the teams in the form of the job specifics listed below.

This role requires a flexible approach as duties and tasks will be constantly developing in line with business requirements.


Job specifics but not limited to:

  • Undertake project management duties as requested.
  • Identifying door handing's from architectural drawings.
  • Creating manufacturing schedules for use on specific projects.
  • Pre qualifying orders from the Sales department.
  • Cross checking information.
  • Compiling materials lists for purchasing requirements.
  • Provide reports for ongoing and historic projects identifying areas for improvement.
  • Customer contact service including after sales support.
  • Act as a link between Sales, Procurement and Project Management.


We are looking for hard working individuals with an interest in IT and an attention to detail who are able to cope under pressure and enjoy working to deadlines.


Experience in IT systems and manufacturing is preferable but not as essential as being able to learn and adapt quickly.

We will give full training on the job and so a strong work ethic and desire to learn and progress is an adequate starting point.

Salary dependent on experience.

£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
