Environmental Manager

Chatham - hybrid option available

up to £45,000 depending on experience
This is a new role within a growing business, to help support and advise clients and staff on environmental and sustainability issues

The role of Environmental Manager includes:

  • Being the Subject Matter Expert on all things environmental that could impact or improve the business moving forward
  • Providing expert support to the Bids & Tenders team, as well as internal managers, to help them explain the policy and its impact
  • Reporting on actions that could improve the business, and establishing pro's and con's of such activities
  • Implementing strategy to achieve improvements in carbon reduction etc
To be considered for the role of Environmental Manager, you should have:

  • Experience of creating policies that are workable and achievable
  • Arelevent qualification in Environmental Management
  • Experience of implementing the strategy within a service industry
  • Experience of measuring and reporting on Scope 1,2 & 3 carbon emissions
