Job Description -Recruitment Co-Ordinator

Hours

  • 36 hours per week Monday to Thursday

Salary
- £21,750


About the role

  • We are a specialist agency providing support services for autistic children and adults. We are looking for someone to join our core team to coordinate our very busy recruitment section along with supporting the office team in general.

Key Tasks

  • Attending recruitment fayres where necessary to promote TSS.
  • All administrative tasks involved with the recruitment process.
  • Scanning and saving important documents
  • Filing
  • Organising and carrying out interviews
  • Chasing up references
  • Arranging training for new staff
  • Supporting the management team as and when needed with running the service.
  • Able to be flexible around the needs of the service (including weekends and public holidays if needed)
  • If needed to be part of the oncall rota for managing the phone outofoffice hours, this would be discussed beforehand.

Disclosure and Barring Service Check (previously known as CRB)
You must have a current valid Enhanced DBS check when working with vulnerable children. We can provide you with an Enhanced DBS check.
