Description
**Electrical maintenance technician required to join an established manufacturing site that is part of a large global group. You will receive a salary of £36,000-£38,000 (dependent on experience - including shift allowance) for working a 2-shift rota
- days 6am-2pm and afternoons 2pm-10pm.**There is also a week of 7am-3pm which you will work 1 week in 3 and be on-call outside of working hours for that week (callouts are mínimal) and you will receive additional payment for the week that you are on-call.


The role will involve a mix of reactive maintenance, assisting in the delivery of a PPM system and project/improvement work.


As the multi-skilled maintenance technician, your duties will include:

  • Performing all required reactive maintenance on a shift-by-shift basis
  • Undertaking planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in line with the set plan
  • Contributing to the delivery of a TPM system
  • Assisting in improving the reliability of production equipment
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
  • A timeserved electrical apprenticeship in a manufacturing environment
  • Good multiskill ability to cover both electrical and mechanical maintenance
  • Experience working with a PPM system
  • Experience and/or knowledge of a TPM system and Lean/CI tools is desirable
**In return, the electrical maintenance technician will receive a salary of £36,000-£38,000 (dependent on experience - including shift allowance) + pension, etc.
