Logistics Specialist, High Volume Environment, Luton - £35,000-£40,000


Working within the logistics department of this successful sports, events, and promotional merchandise company, the Logistics Specialist will be working across all departments to assist execute logistics plans.


The duties of the Logistics Specialist will include:


  • Arrange transport for all sales orders that are to be delivered by utilizing the internal reporting system

Liaise with corresponding suppliers:

Preparation of all paperwork's required (such as - delivery notes, commercial invoices, ATR1):

Notify purchasing for checking and dispatching and invoicing from our internal software
:

Prepare supplier reports as to performance for on time deliveries/queries/ under and overs
:

Be involved at customer quotation stages to ensure that we are quoting correctly and competitively
:

Assist with stock control via our various warehouses
If you have a proven track record working in logistics, moving goods through Europe and an understanding of the latest rules and regulations, then we want to hear from you
