Venn Group have been approached by a support organisation and would like to introduce the following position available

12 weeks****Hours:
37 hours p/week 95 except Thursdays (which are either 11:30am7:00pm or 9:00am4:30pm)**
The role will predominantly involve:
Providing a comprehensive recovery and support service to adults over 21 years old with substance misuse issues (opiate and non
opiate)
Helping service users access the services and the interventions that they need to build their resilience, gain confidence, and acquire the personal and social assets they need to meet their aspirations
Developing personcentred, multiagency support plans
Recording activity and results, accurately and in a timely manner, to support project evaluation
Identifying, assessing and working therapeutically with risk
