Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our passionate and driven team based at Edinburgh office.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring agreed timescales for the invoicing process are met
  • Ensuring that the correct documentation and process procedures are complied with when processing invoices
  • Working in conjunction with the operations and commercial teams to ensure that cost control and VFM are delivered from the supply chain
  • Producing and maintaining invoice packs for submission to clients
  • Working proactively to reduce current level and ageing of delegated contract's WIP
  • Accurate Updating of

Concept System:
LOC codes/Cost Code checking/amending


About You:


  • Proven experience in a similar role advantageous
  • Strong IT skills
  • Ability to work using own initiative or as part of the wider team
  • Computer literate, experience in Excel & Finance systems essential
  • Diligent, numerate with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and organise own work whilst working on a variety of tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
