We have an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic, established and growing company as a Customer Service Co-ordinator.

Hours:
Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm & Friday, 8am to 4pm


Salary:
£23,000 - £26,000 per annum - Office Based

The Customer Service Co-ordinator duties and key responsibilities:

  • Answering questions about a company's products or services
  • Processing orders and transactions
  • Resolving issues and troubleshooting basic technical problems
  • Handling customer complaints
  • To enter relevant contact information into the CRM system.
  • Process customer credits & returns.
  • To support the existing internal operations by offering additional support as directed.
Our ideal Customer Service Co-ordinator will have the below skills and experience:

  • You will have previous office experience, ideally in a similar role.
  • You will be bright, articulate with an excellent standard of numeracy, literacy and communication skills.
  • You will be able to work autonomously, extremely organised and accustomed to multitasking a variety of responsibilities.
  • You will have a high level of attention to detail.
  • You will be IT literate and able to demonstrate a working knowledge of Office 365.
