Page Personnel has partnered with a large Not-for-Profit client based in York to assist in the recruitment of an Events Coordinator to join the expanding team.

Reporting to the Events Manager, you will support the team with the delivery of arrangements forconferences and key engagement events.

Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the Events Officer with the delivery of arrangements for large conferences and key engagement events.
  • Assist with the arrangements for a programme of training including sourcing venues, domestic arrangements, registrations and post event learning's.
  • Support the delivery of departmental objectives.
  • Support the Events Officer in providing regular content for the online engagement platform.
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship within the team and colleagues across the organisation.
  • Support the activities of the conferences going ahead, including arranging and attending Panel meetings and supporting the management of the Panel election.

Profile

  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise conflicting and competing demands to meet deadlines.
  • Possess a strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently deliver work both to a high standard and level of accuracy.
  • Experience in planning, arranging and attending a range of events.
  • A good command of both written and verbal communication, suitable for relevant audiences.
