Reed are working with an private organisation who are looking for a HR Team Leader to join their people team.

The role is multi-site covering Maidstone and Medway offices.

The day to day duties of HR Team Leader include:

  • Responsible for the maintenance and supervising the delivery of all DBS systems, processes and procedures for the department for all staff
  • Support with all things including all recruitment and selection processes, completing regular required DBS audits, training and updating staff on DBS processes
  • Team lead and support team of 4 people within the shared service team
  • A strong HR Officer/Administration background looking to take the next step
  • CIPD L3 minimum
  • Hardworking and reliable
  • Must be a driver due to locations
