Description
Green Zone Surveys requires a Project Coordinator. We are a fast-expanding company and carry out Building Compliance surveys and other services for clients throughout the UK. We now require an additional member to join our successful team.Preference will be given to applicants with relevant experience and / or qualifications.
The person must be well organised and have good IT skills as well as excellent communication skills. The person must also be honest, reliable, accurate and enjoy working as part of a team.
Key responsibilities would include:
- Liaising with clients to arrange upcoming inspections / surveys
- Arranging access to site, including permit to work documentation and RAMS
- Providing the technical team with job sheets and sitespecific details
- Chasing up reports accordingly
- Keeping our project management systems always updated
