Description
We are seeking Healthcare Assistants/ support workers to join our team.

You will be responsible for caring for patients and providing support for carers and appointing to healthcare professionals in a clinical setting.


Responsibilities

  • Recording and noting patient information accurately and maintaining confidentiality
  • Assisting patients with personal needs, care and hygiene, cooking, feeding.
  • Supporting and aiding patients in daily activities, ensuring their wellbeing at all times.
  • Monitoring and reporting vital signs of patients to the care manager or senior staff
  • Prioritising infection control protocols and maintaining a clean environment at all times.
  • Working effectively and efficiently with healthcare staff in order to deliver effective care results.
  • Perform other duties assigned by healthcare managers

Requirements:


  • Minimum 1year experience in care work
  • Minimum education level of GSCE


  • NVQ certificate level

  • Knowledge of health and safety practices within the healthcare sector
  • Genuine desire to help others with an empathic nature
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work well in a team environment or individually
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
