Duties:

Act as a liaison between property owners and potential tenants or buyers
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about the properties
Negotiate rental or sales terms and prepare contracts
Assist with property management tasks such as rent collection, maintenance coordination, and tenant communication
Stay updated on real estate market trends and property values
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions

Skills:
