Job Description:

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday with rotating shifts between 8:00am-5:30pm

Salary:
Up to £28.500K/ Annual

Baxterstorey is looking for a Corporate Client Services Team Leader with excellent customer service skills with an eye for detail for our team based in the City.

To provide hands on management in order to ensure an efficient and 5* service is offered at all times.

To train and motivate the team whilst actively seeking new initiatives to further improve the services offered.

As the Client Services Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of client services, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with the Assistant Manager and Client Services Manager to coordinate and execute all aspects of reception and meeting room/hospitality bookings, as well as team management.
