Due to growth, we are now looking for an IT Service Desk team leader to manage our fast paced service desk function, You will be responsible for managing the Service Desk team and their workload.

Ensuring that they meet our SLAs and their team goals while also supporting them with technical enquiries and escalations.

You will also be supporting the IT Operations Manager with onboarding of our new practices and project work as required.


We pride ourselves on being a Service Desk that is genuinely friendly and helpful that our teams like to speak to.

As such you will need to be someone who is hooked on all things IT and solving IT issues. Including the ability to be very organised, a critical thinker while also able to confidently manage high impact tickets. We are also looking for someone who is keen to get involved, passionate about providing great service and all while working alongside our fantastic team
