Due to growth, we are now looking for an IT Service Desk team leader to manage our fast paced service desk function, You will be responsible for managing the Service Desk team and their workload.
You will also be supporting the IT Operations Manager with onboarding of our new practices and project work as required.
We pride ourselves on being a Service Desk that is genuinely friendly and helpful that our teams like to speak to.
