We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team.
As an Early Years Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement ageappropriate activities and educational programs for children
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and providing appropriate support
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's learning journey
- Maintain accurate records of each child's development and progress
- Foster positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents/guardians
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure the wellbeing of the children
Experience:
- Previous experience working with young children in an early childhood education setting is preferable but not essential
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education is preferable but not essential
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, colleagues, and parents/guardians
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications in childcare or nursery education are highly desirable
- First Aid, Food Hygiene is desirable but training will be given
