Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team.

As an Early Years Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children during their crucial early years of development.


Responsibilities:


  • Plan and implement ageappropriate activities and educational programs for children
  • Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and providing appropriate support
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's learning journey
  • Maintain accurate records of each child's development and progress
  • Foster positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents/guardians
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure the wellbeing of the children

Experience:


  • Previous experience working with young children in an early childhood education setting is preferable but not essential
  • Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education is preferable but not essential
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, colleagues, and parents/guardians
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant certifications in childcare or nursery education are highly desirable
  • First Aid, Food Hygiene is desirable but training will be given

  • NVQ Level 3 in Early Years (or equivalant) (required)
