Description

RSM's Forensic Services team provides our client's and their advisers with a comprehensive range of forensic and fraud-related services., which is responsible for investigation and e-disclosure services on a wide range of contentious matters, both in theUK and internationally.

We are growing our Forensic Technology practice and are seeking a manager to join our team in London.


Responsibilities

  • On and offsite data collection from large and complex client systems using best practice methods and procedures, including Windows and Linux acquisition tools.
  • Participation in the entire EDRM lifecycle including data triage using Nuix Workstation, processing data into Nuix
  • Discover, supporting client reviews and production of data as required.
  • Analysis of computers and mobile devices using a variety of tools to report on issues and events under investigation.
  • Investigating and growing new Forensic Technology methodologies.
  • Writing reports and statements for clients and for court if necessary.
  • Maintain and develop the forensic technology infrastructure in our London laboratory.
  • Delivering excellent advice to clients, explaining technical concepts to nontechnical people.
  • Attend conferences, marketing events, seminars and lunches including relevant networking.

  • Prior experience of Forensic Technology investigations.
  • Experience using Nuix Discover or similar edisclosure platform and knowledge of all stages of the EDRM lifecycle.
  • Ability to recognise and analyse the issues in a case, offering innovative solutions to difficult problems; and Practical experience of Windows and Linux environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience in delivering projects under pressure while working independently or as part of a team;
