Customer Service Advisor

Temporary to Permanent

£21,000 per annum

Northampton

Monday to Friday

Hours 08:00 - 16:00 and 09:00 - 17:00 rotating weekly

Prior experience call centre experience is essential
My client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor who loves to help people. The main responsibility of a Customer Service Advisor will be to call new customers to arrange their first delivery. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will also be talking to the new customers about arranging training visits. This role is very worthwhile and is required because of increased demand for their services. The existing team find their role very rewarding, and it is no way a sales role. My client is looking for someone who enjoys helping people and is happy to be on the telephone.

Responsibilities:

Calling new customers to book in their first delivery
Confirm all their details and input changes on to their CRM System
Schedule the deliveries, updating the warehouse system
Book in training visits on the diary system

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

Previous experience with a CRM system (Customer relationship management system)
Good customer focus skills
Good communication skills
Good Attention to detail
Good Planning and Organisation
Ability to use initiative when required
Good telephone manner
Evidence of IT Proficiency with Microsoft office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
