Are you an experienced senior sales consultant with experience managing a team? Looking for a new opportunity to help progress your career?


Our client is looking for an experienced New Homes Site Sales Manager to autonomously manage 5 live sites, mainly which are Kent based.

You will manage a team of 6 sales consultants and launch two new sites in 2023. This is a fantastic opportunity for thosewanting to gain invaluable experience and lay the foundations for career development.


The Role:


  • Run four existing sites (three in Kent, one in Essex), launch two new sites in the new year.
  • Assist Head of Sales with events.
  • Manage existing sales consultants.
  • Develop your leadership skills by coordinating your own sites.
  • Report daily to the head of sales.

The Details:


  • Monday-Friday position
- £60K basic - no commission.

  • Based primarily on sites in Kent and Essex, 1 day WFH, head office based in Hertfordshire once a week.
