Procurement Administrator

Location:
Wildflower Way, Belfast
Hours Per Week:
Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week, Hybrid)

The Procurement Administrator
will be responsible for:
- Issuing Subcontract Registration Packs.
- Laising with supply chain for subcontractor insurances.
- Raise Purchase orders for materials, subcontract and hire requests as instructed by other members of the Procurement team.
- Assist with data cleansing and Procurement data management.
- Assist with generating reports.
- Take responsibility for document storage.
- Assist the Procurement Coordinator with new employee onboarding tasks.
- Send out enquiries for pricing with direction from other members of the Procurement team.
- Assist Procurement Coordinator with maintaining process documents.
- Any other general administration duties as and when required.
About You:
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar environment
- Previous experience in dealing with suppliers and subcontractors
- Proven ability to work within a team environment to strict deadlines
- Competent IT Skills eg. Microsoft Office Package
Desirable
Criteria
- Experience in either Construction or Facilities Management sector.
- Previous experience of using document storage solutions.
- Previous experience of using Purchasing / Procurement / Supply Chain Management systems.
- Knowledge of local and UK supply chain.
- A basic disclosure may be requested if security clearance is required by 3rd party clients and a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position. Our Access NI/Vetting and Barring Scheme Policy and Policy on the Recruitment of Ex-Offenders is available upon request._
