JOB IN - A contractor in the Hinckley area currently require a Facilities Management Team Leader/ supervisor.

Full time hours

  • Mon
  • Fri 95
negotiable rate

Duties

  • Responsible for guiding and instructing teams of staff and contractors as they complete planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Report processing and follow up procedures, maintaining Asset logbooks.
  • General electrical and plumbing repairs.
Requirements

  • Experienced and qualified tradesperson with either mechanical or electrical bias.
  • Working in or worked in a supervisory role in the past.
  • L8 Awareness qualification.
  • SSSTS qualified
