Reed recruitment are excited to be working with an innovative, international company who are looking to hire a Customer Service Executive to join them.

The company are looking for someone who will be able to deliver a first class customer experience, iseager to learn and also embrace new products.

The position is full time, based from the Hatfield office with onsite facilities and free parking. There is also Hybrid working once the 6 weeks training is complete.

You may use their services in your home however this team specialise in the business customers.

You will be the customers first point of contact with the business, ensure a smooth onboarding process and ensuring all SLA's and deadlines are met.

This role is providing high quality experience for onboarding clients and customers from start to finish. You will own the communications throughout their experience.


The duties:

  • To plan, structure and coordinate orders
  • Maintain, focus and deliver a highquality customer experience
  • Ensure all CRM and Systems are accurately updated
  • To initiate and suggest improvements in processes and systems.
  • Manage and respond to complex issues, questions and queries raised by customers.
