TSR Legal are currently partnering with a well regarded Legal 100 law firm based in London who are looking to recruit a Partner for the Commercial team.


Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking law firm specialising in providing comprehensive legal services to businesses of all sizes both nationally and internationally.

With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to delivering practical solutions to their clients' commercial challenges, our client has established itself as leaders in the industry.


Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of commercial matters, including business contracts, data protection, GDPR, Intellectual Property, and IT matters
Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on a range of commercial issues, including commercial contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance
Conduct legal research and analysis to support clients' business objectives and mitigate risks
Collaborate closely with colleagues across different practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing proactive and commercially astute advice at all times
Mentor and supervise junior members of the team, providing support and guidance as needed


Requirements:

Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 8 years PQE in commercial law
Extensive experience in handling a wide range of commercial matters
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to draft complex legal documents accurately and efficiently
Commercially minded with the ability to understand clients' business objectives and provide pragmatic legal advice
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently, with excellent time management and organizational skills
