Customer Banking Advisor Work from home

Salary:
£10.66 PH (£20,787 PA).


Location:
Belfast (for the training period)


Contract:
Permanent.


Hours:37.5 hours per week.


Shift patterns:
Rotational, Monday to Sunday between 8am and 8pm.


Remote work:

Fully remote or hybrid working, once the 12-week training period has been completed and key performance metrics have been met.


The Role
Taking inbound enquiry calls from bank customers.

Customers will be calling for a number of reasons, ranging from lost cards to balance transfer requests as some examples.

Role Requirements

  • At least 6 months experience in a customer facing position
  • Full flexibility for rotational shift patterns
  • A confident telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiasm and passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • The ability to show initiative, multitask and problem solve
  • A great team player
  • Computer literacy
