£22,000 - £26,000 DOE

About the role


As an Energy Specialist, no two customers, problems, or resolution journeys are the same and the variety within this role reflects our adaptability and keenness to never overlook an opportunity.

You'll be responsible for taking ownership of customers' accounts whilst prioritising your own workload to ensure accounts are enforceable and accurate for collection.

Being comfortable chatting with stakeholders, you'll actively build a good rapport and able to support them in your own personal manner.

Attention to detail will be key, accurately updating customer account information, ensuring integrity of data and reducing the age of both outstanding balances and disputes.

You'll provide consistent, effective, and strong customer service behaviours, supporting the wider team to ensure that performance standards and business objectives are met.


About you


You'll be flexible in your approach, with the ability to adapt to a diverse pool of customers, where personality and professionalism is a must.

With excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, you'll support the development of team members and behavior change.

A strong team-player, you'll possess a keen eye for detail, a systematic and logical approach to work and find solutions to drive our vision forward.
