Responsibilities:

The role will primarily involve performing planned preventative maintenance (ppm) and reactive maintenance on general pipework, including copper and PVC.

It will also entail small pipework installations, inspection of taps, leak detection, maintenance of washers, sinks, and pans, water treatment checks, ppm's on plant room, pumps, and motors, as well as assisting colleagues, accompanying sub-contractors, and handling general paperwork.

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or questions

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a plumber or in a related field is preferred
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficient in basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment

Salary:
£45,068.92-£60,641.41 per year
