Key Responsibilities:


  • Performance management of employees while in training
  • Coaching, mentoring, oversight responsibilities of employees while in training both inperson and remote according to program
  • Monitoring and auditing employee performance
  • Ensuring compliance with training requirements including disciplinary action as necessary
  • Assist in identifying training requirements and related programs to assure achievement of local, regional, and corporate objectives
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of courses, outlines, and training materials
  • Provides functional work guidance to temporary instructors and may provide functional guidance to permanent instructors
  • Conducts classroom observations and assists in instructor development
  • Requires international and domestic travel up to 75%

This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.

What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Airport Operations Ramp experience
  • Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Degree in Education or comparable work experience
  • Existing instruction/facilitation skills
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Flexible approach to training for operational needs and hours
  • This may include a.m./p.m. shift, weekends, and holidays as required by the operation lieu time is given to cover any extenuating schedules
