Key Responsibilities:

Performance management of employees while in training
Coaching, mentoring, oversight responsibilities of employees while in training both inperson and remote according to program
Monitoring and auditing employee performance
Ensuring compliance with training requirements including disciplinary action as necessary
Assist in identifying training requirements and related programs to assure achievement of local, regional, and corporate objectives
Assist in the development and maintenance of courses, outlines, and training materials
Provides functional work guidance to temporary instructors and may provide functional guidance to permanent instructors
Conducts classroom observations and assists in instructor development
Requires international and domestic travel up to 75%

This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.

Qualifications:

What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

Airport Operations Ramp experience
Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

Degree in Education or comparable work experience
Existing instruction/facilitation skills
Microsoft Office experience
Flexible approach to training for operational needs and hours
This may include a.m./p.m. shift, weekends, and holidays as required by the operation lieu time is given to cover any extenuating schedules
