Description

A superb part time role working alongside young adults with autism in the community across Cheshire East.

You need:

To be a person who can coach and motivate others.
Have experience at supporting young people or young adults.
Have your own transport and be able to work across Cheshire East.
To enjoy participating in a range of activities, including accessing the gym and hiking.
Up for a challenge

This role is great for:

People who have 24 days available to carry out shifts between 48 hours.
People who are comfortable supporting young active men in all areas of the community.

Our outreach team provide inclusive, innovative, and responsive support for young men with autism in there own home, college or work location.
Our focus is individuals who are at risk of losing independence or community presence.

Sometimes this may be because of a reliance on behaviours that harm but often it is where a person needs skilled support to maximise positive opportunities and greater independence.
