Description

We are looking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to join our internal HR team to deliver best practice.

It is both a strategic and hands-on role where you will work closely with your allocated business areas and key stakeholders to deliver best practice and commercially focused HR support and solutions in line with the company values and procedures.

To work closely with other HR Business Partners to ensure an excellent and consistent HR service is provided to the business.
Gain respect and confidence of professional and management colleagues, sustain credibility and maintain strong working relationships.
Provision and management of complex employee relations advice, support and guidance to managers and employees.
To work strategically and operationally with an allocated business area in a business partner capacity to assist and facilitate achievement of both departmental and company objectives.
To undertake HR project work and initiatives in line with HR strategy and the Company business plan.
