The Role


Join our Otto Car family in our mission to become an industry leader in the PCO world by delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth through effective outbound sales strategies.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct inbound /outbound calls to potential or current clients in order to close and boost company sales.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them of new products or product promotions.
  • Be a product specialist and engage in attentive listening to customers' enquiries and concerns, providing assistance in a pleasant, enthusiastic, and proficient manner.
  • Effectively handle and prioritise your personal workload.
  • Schedule appointments for potential customers with our sales representatives in store for further discussions about our schemes and closing the sale if needed.
  • Participate in regular training to maintain uptodate knowledge on company products and policies.
  • Take part in weekly meetings, record repetitive issues and make suggestions for how to improve them.
  • Assist in taking customer service or admin calls to support other aspects of the business.
  • Respond to sales enquiries from various channels, including referrals, freshdesk tickets, the website, and other channels.
  • Collaborate with the enquiries team to provide support and assistance to new and existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Pay:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
