- Hours of work are Monday to Friday 40 hours per week 8 hours per day
Inline with Black Box's growth plan and our continued success and expansion, a new opportunity for a Junior Customer Service Assistant has come available, working out of our headquarters in Chorley, Lancashire PR6 7BX.
- Key point of contact for customers
- Answering customer service calls in line with company procedures
- Answering customer queries where applicable
- Discussing site visits with customers, confirming attendance and collecting feedback
- Redate and reconfirm site visits with customers and engineers where necessary.
- Liasing with all departments to ensure customer needs are met; particularly field engineers
- Providing office support to the service team where necessary
- Ensure that customers needs are met promptly and accurately; focusing on client satisfaction.
- Helping maintain company quality control
- General admin duties (scanning, printing, filing etc.)
- Any other ad hoc duties requested via your manager
About you:
Excellent organisational skills
- Confident positive telephone manner
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and help the team
- Friendly, flexible and adaptable as our industry, especially the service department, is very reactive.
- Work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform tasks using Microsoft word, excel, and outlook.
- Ability to communicate professionally with all departments throughout the company.
