Responsibilities:

Business Ownership

Manages Advertising & Promotional budget
Tracks brand health and performance KPI's
Ensures local launch readiness by overseeing development and execution of launches with affiliates
Owns the International Business Case in collaboration with international markets
Develops pricing strategy, approval and implementation in international markets
Provides direction and guidance for launch brand activation

Brand Strategy Development

Develops the International brand plan
Collaborates with affiliates for localization of respective brand plans

Brand Messaging and Activation

Develops brand positioning
Works collaboratively with key affiliate marketers, US Pet Health Marketing, Digital Transformation and lead agency/ies to develop an integrated launch marketing campaign
Leads the creation of playbooks and use cases on how to best activate considering different audiences (veterinarian, pet owner)

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, Marketing/Business preferred
Minimum 10 years marketing experience with focus on extensive product/brand management, including Strategic Marketing
International work experience
Strong command of English language
