DK Recruitment are looking for an HR Systems and Data Officer/Manager to join their clients team on a Permanent basis, Located in Plymouth, Devon.


Working alongside the HR Business Partner, HR Officer and HR Assistant you will be responsible for delivering a professional and high-quality HR-related systems and people data service.


This position is within a School Trust so any previous experience in this industry or with a council background would be advantageous.


Role Responsibilities

  • Providing specialist advice and user support, contributing to the smooth running of the payroll, managing systems development and producing people data and analytics.
  • In the role you will also support the continuous improvement of the HR Service through contribution to relevant policy and project work. You will be a strong team player with the ability to work on your own initiative and make judgements within the boundariesof the role.
  • Stakeholder management is key and there will be a high level of interaction with colleagues at all levels in the provision of support, advice and guidance.
  • Be committed to their own person development
  • Be working towards (or willing to) the CIPP or equivalent
  • Have worked within the Schools Trust Industry or within the Council (preferable not essential)
