Key Responsibilities

  • Adding customer orders and details onto our sales and transport operations system accurately with all relevant details in a timely manner.
  • Deal with customer complaints professionally and where required escalate to a manager.
  • Support with the planning and scheduling of work to meet customer expectations.
  • Supporting with customer account administration
  • Have a minimum of 1 years' previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience of the waste management or construction industry desirable but not essential
  • Have customer service and computer skills, ideally with sales order processing or finance systems
  • Have strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Be capable of effectively multitasking
  • Be a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

Our 400-strong team operate from nine recycling facilities across five counties and contracts across the UK.

With over 150 lorries our recycling operations cover Hampshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and Surrey and we have the capacity to process over 1m tonnes of waste and recycled aggregates every year.


We have grown year-on-year into a multi-disciplined provider of demolition, remediation, earthworks, waste management, recycling, virgin and recycled aggregates and ready-mix concrete.

£20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
