Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources allocation
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
  • Review and interpret project contracts and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and adherence to safety standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise during construction
  • Prepare and present progress reports to clients and senior management

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
  • Proficient in reading schematics and blueprints
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality results
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus

Salary:
£23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • 1 brunel Way, SL1 1FQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- management: 2 years (preferred)
