Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Review and interpret project contracts and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and adherence to safety standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise during construction
- Prepare and present progress reports to clients and senior management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficient in reading schematics and blueprints
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality results
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
Salary:
£23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- 1 brunel Way, SL1 1FQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
