The Logistics Specialist will accurately and efficiently deal with all aspects of incoming and outgoing products including but not limited to new incoming stock, outgoing orders and loan sets.


  • Check daily outgoing loans calendar and ensure required sets are ready for dispatch
  • Inform the Returns Specialist of any sets that are a priority
  • Pick, pack and label of outgoing loaners, checking for short dated stock
  • Pick, pack and label of outgoing stock for UK and international customers including backorders, creating commercial invoices and organizing couriers when required
  • Receive, inspect and shelve incoming stock.
  • Collect all packing slips & deliver to Finance for loading
  • Ensure overstocks are in the correct location & top up shelves when required Assist with cycle counts
  • Tidy the warehouse when required
  • Organisation of warehouse throughput.
  • Perform cycle counts, validate with Finance and process adjustment.
