Description

What you'll do:


  • Review and process income recording data from our label clients to ensure it meets our data quality requirements
  • Work with the Client Services team to ensure any data inaccuracies are resolved
  • Maintain internal and external databases ensuring our clients repertoire data is registered accurately at the CMO's
  • Take ownership of resolving repertoire conflicts by liaising with CMO's and counterclaimants, monitoring progress and ensuring timely follow up where required
  • Take ownership of unclaimed repertoire exercises, maximising our client's income

Who you are:


  • You will have excellent interpersonal skills, with a track record of building effective working relationships internally and externally using both verbal and written communication.
  • Previous experience with Neighbouring Rights is not essential but previous admin experience in a rights collections role is desirable.
  • Ability to work accurately, independently and to strict deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, and ideally, GSuite.
