Fantastic HR Advisor opportunity

About Our Client:

A fast-paced University located in Central London, offering hybrid working.

The successful HR Advisor will be responsible for:* Supporting and guiding to managers on HR policies

Providing advice on employee relations queries
Supporting HRBPs in workforce planning, reviews, initiative and reporting
Undertaking job evaluations and liaising with hiring managers on various posts
HR project work.

The Successful Applicant:

The successful HR Advisor must have:* Experience at HR Officer / Advisor level and the ability to provide advice on a range of employee relations cases

Education or Public sector experience would be beneficial
Strong interpersonal skills and good stakeholder management.
