We are looking for an Events & Client Success Administrator to join our fast-growing events team, here in Bristol.

This role consists of liaising with our clients and customers to gain insights and feedback on the work we do as a business.

Supporting the events team with logistics onsite, venue booking and flights.

Responsibilities:


  • Organize and schedule meetings
  • Join calls with ABM Alliance C-Suite level clients within Fortune 500 businesses and take detailed notes to feedback to wider team
  • Support events logistics team onsite at dinners globally
  • Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues
  • Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and reports
  • Deliver an efficient, friendly, and professional service for all clients, providers and professional partners

Skills & Experience:


  • Previous administration experience preferred
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 programmes and tools
  • Good organisation skills, with an ability to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Takes personal responsibility for consistently delivering high quality work

Head of Global Events & Client Success


Location: 33 Colston Avenue, Bristol, BS1 4UA


Salary:
Salary £19,000 - £20,000
