Your future duties and responsibilities
Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role
Good customer facing skills the ability to talk to business users and understand their issues
Strong technical skills
Analytical and logical approach to problem solving
Work independently and prioritise workloads
Clear communication and sharing with team members
