AWS Data Engineer | 6 Months | AWS | Java/Scala

£ |Outside IR35 | Remote


SR2 are partnered with a market leading software development company who are paving the way for assistive tech and are on the lookout for an experienced AWS Data Engineer.


You will be leading the Data Engineering aspects of design and development of the client's product and platform development, building data pipelines for multiple sources.

You will be working closely with product owners, infrastructure engineers and front-endengineers to create coherent outputs in an agile environment.


Tech Requirements:

3+ years in Big Data:


  • Extensive AWS suite experience (Ec2, S3):
-
Java or Scala:

-
Experience with container solutions
  • Either Docker or Kubernetes:

  • Experience with Kafka, Spark & NoSQL Databases (Desirable)
This role is a 6-month initial engagement with the potential of extension and outside IR35.
