Customer Service Co-Ordinator Responsibilities include:

- Reviewing customer feedback, testing bug fixes and providing solutions and improvements
- Talking to customers on the phone regarding membership and account enquires
Customer Service Co-Ordinator Requirements include:

- Experience delivering high levels of Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills empathetic, a great listener and able to build rapport
- Strong Administrative skills
- Car owner/driver
