Description

A well established Pensions Third Party Administration Service provider are looking to add a Group Pensions Operation Manager to their growing Coventry office.


You must have in depth experience of DB & DC Pensions administration and AVC arrangements, whilst managing teams to be considered for this role.


  • Ensuring Administration manual processing is effectively carried out.
  • Ensuring that the integrity of automated calculations is maintained
  • Attendance at Client and Trustee meetings
  • Support the Director of Administration and peer Operations Managers in supporting the development and implementation of longer term enhancements to improve the performance of the function.
  • Overall delivery of the end to end customer experience.
  • Managing Administration Services for TPA within agreed budget
