Senior HR Advisor


Venn Group's specialist HR division are pleased to be recruiting for a
Senior HR Advisorwithin a NHS organisation in the Bradford area.

The post holder must have Employee engagement skills and be comfortable working on HR projects and HR Policy Reviews. This role is a hybrid role where a significant part can be doneremotely.


Your duties will include:

  • Providing general HR support to the line managers
  • Keeping up to date on employment law as to best advise those in the Employee Relations team
  • Developing and updating defined HR policies and procedures
  • Participating in directorate management meetings and attending performance management review meetings
  • Comfortable working autonomously
  • Support managers in the handling of short term and longterm absence in line with the Trusts policy

Essential skills

  • CIPD Qualification

Desirable Skills

  • Previous NHS experience
