Main duties of the job
The Business Support Officer will support Modality LLP/Modality Medical Services/Pathfinder operational teams in the delivery of a high-quality business support function.
The post holder will also support with the delivery of projects across the Business Development, HR, Governance and Operations teams.
The role is not a regular 9am-5pm job. The postholder will be required to work across all divisional sites.The job requires innovation, flexibility, and commitment and the postholder will be required to work resourcefully as part of the Senior Management Team to ensure tasks are completed.
Overview of your organisation
Modality LLP is a provider of NHS community outpatient services within a number of regions across the UK.
Our service offer and expertise include:
- Over 15 years of experience of delivering community outpatient services
- Contracts with ICBs and hospital providers
- A diverse clinical workforce of consultants, GPs with extended roles, specialist nurses and allied health professionals
- Delivery of over 120,000 patient consultations per year
- Delivery of 1st consultations within a maximum of 4 weeks from referral from a choice of community locations, 7 days per week

Qualifications and Experience:
We require a high performing team member to join our team with:
Knowledge
- NVQ3 in administration or equivalent level of administrative knowledge and experience
- GCSE English or equivalent
- Understanding of NHS systems
Skills:
- RSA 3 Word Processing or equivalent level of practical experience
- Accurate audio typing or speedwriting
- Diary Management
Personal Qualities:
- Professional approach to work
- Excellent communication skills
- Selfstarter, able to work unsupervised and on own initiative with the ability to prioritise own workload and multitask.
Job Types:

Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
