We are now seeking a visionary and results-driven Managing Director or Head of Retail E-Commerce to lead our company to even greater heights in the ever-evolving world of men's fashion.

THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a clear and ambitious growth strategy that aligns with the company's goals and vision.

Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to expand our market presence.

Marketing and Branding: Develop and execute marketing and branding strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.

E-Commerce Excellence: Continuously improve the online shopping experience, optimising website functionality, user interface, and conversion rates.

Financial Management: Manage the company's budget, forecasting, and financial performance, with a focus on achieving profitability and sustainable growth.

Customer-Centric Approach: Champion customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring that our products and services meet and exceed customer expectations.

Operational Efficiency: Streamline and optimise e-commerce operations, including supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics.

Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilise data analytics and market research to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
