The Employee Ownership Association (EOA) is looking for someone who's great at building relationships to join our talented, growing team.

You'll need to be a great account manager, with experience of business development and engaging directly with clients or members.

This is an exciting time to join the EOA.

Together with our members, the EOA is embarking on an ambitious new strategy that looks to seize the political, cultural, and digital opportunities in front of us to sustain the continued growth of the EO community to deliver greater corporate diversity and economic resilience across the UK.

The EOA has 650+ corporate members, with this number increasing at pace as the employee-owned sector in the UK continues to grow.

This role involves day-to-day management of EOA Supporter members, consisting of professional advisors to employee-owned businesses such as lawyers, accountants, lenders, engagement and culture specialists.

You'll also be playing a key role in the EOA's membership recruitment, retention, and income generation targets.

In addition, you'll be involved in thinking creatively about sponsorship.

We'll need your ideas and insight to support the creation of the EOA's sponsorship opportunities to meet the profiling and advocacy needs of Supporter Members.

Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

Salary:
£32,000.00 per year
