Description

The position of Team Administator for the Virtual Ward teams is full time, 37.5 hours per week, covering a service which operates 365 days per year.

Shifts may be rostered between 0800 and 2200, including weekends and bank holidays.


Previous experience within a health care environment would be an advantage as duties will include patient journey management, data collection and recording and liaison between patients, their families and our clinical teams.
