Your role

To gain a full understanding of the Moy Park Business
Maintain auditing standards, based on legal and customer requirements and industry best practice.
Carry out audits to schedule, along with any additional specific audit requests, and report findings
Follow up on noncompliances raised in audits
Provide routine reporting on the auditing system.
Carry out other auditing / technical roles as required by the business.
Contribute to the department / add value by developing requisite skills in this area in line with MP competency framework.
To work in a manner that actively seeks to reduce any negative environmental impact in relation to the processes and procedures operating within their area and across the wider business e.g. reduction of waste, recycling etc.

What you'll need

Experience in similar FMCG food industry, including auditing experience.
Working knowledge of ISO 9000, BRC standard, HACCP, Food Legislation, and Food Hygiene.
Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and organisational skills.
Initiative, selfmotivated, well organised and assertive.
Logical approach, open minded to other ways of doing things
Report writing skills.
Able to demonstrate a good record of achievement.
Supervisory Experience in a Quality / Technical Role in the Food Industry
